I highly recommend Lindsay. She was so helpful in educating my husband and me on neighborhoods in the Western Springs/La Grange area. We saw homes that fit our needs and budget, but also fit our hopes and dreams. In a competitive buyer's market, Lindsay helped us find the perfect home. I think we'll be very happy in our new house, but if we move, we absolutely will call Lindsay again.

Lindsay was both a professional and a friend through our multiple buy and sell transactions. She cares about her clients, listens to concerns but is forceful when necessary to advocate based on her experience. She also found creative ways to get through the inevitable issues that come up in real estate negotiations and closings. In a world where you can't trust everyone's intentions, Lindsay operates with integrity and skill.

We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Lindsay on both the sale of our first home and the purchase of our new home. She did a wonderful job of marketing our home and framing the opportunity from multiple perspectives. We appreciated that she made the time to answer our countless questions and brought creative solutions to the table when there wasn’t a clear way forward. Lindsay and her associate Jeanne Furlong were outstanding. When my father passed away, my siblings and I needed to sell the house. After interviewing two other very capable Realtors, we chose Lindsay and Jeanne for several reasons - professionalism, great communication skills, services offered, and pricing. We were impressed that they would lightly stage the house for no extra fee, knew the neighborhood well, went out of their way to get accurate comparables, and knew what to highlight about the house. They also suggested a price point that we felt was reasonable -- not over or underpriced. They also went out of their way to help with every aspect of the selling process, including being there for the inspections and unlocking doors for various trades that needed to get in. The house received an offer within the first two days of listing, and closed sixty days later. All in all, an excellent experience. We highly recommend Lindsay and her team.
