I have the highest and utmost respect for Lynn's integrity. She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and competent. She goes out of her way to represent her client's best interest. She knows the market when pricing a home. She gave a comprehensive analysis and presentation of how she determined the price. Her ability to negotiate was excellent. Actually, it helped save the sale. We found it easy to access her promptly when necessary. She also worked to find us a rental in the interim until we found a new home. When working with Lynn we were not just another client. She cared personally about what we were looking for. Lynn will get the job done will listen to her client's and produce a positive outcome. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I found Lynn to be extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough. She kept me informed throughout the sale of our house and consulted me about all decisions. She was a pleasure to work with. I have used Lynn as an agent to rent out my apartment for years and she always was able to find me a tenant in a short period of time. I recently had Lynn list my house to sell and it sold in a short 5 months. I think that was pretty good. She also help me find a cute smaller house because i wanted to down size. Lynn pays attention to what you are looking for when buying and selling. I would definitely recommend Lynn and use her again in the future.

Lynn knows the area and the market extremely well due to both her passion for her work and her years of experience. Lynn also keeps up with all the others involved in the Westerly area market so as to keep her finger on the pulse of the selling/buying climate.
