Lynn is a knowledgeable, effective and pleasant to work with Real Estate professional. I bought my house through her and couldn't have been more pleased with her management of the transaction. Lynn is first rate in all aspects and I highly recommend Her.

Rented a furnished home and found the home to be infested with bedbugs. We had also paid by check, a 500 pet deposit with the thought that we would bring our dog from our existing home. The check was to be kept by Lynn and not cashed and returned if there wasn't any "pet damage". Since we had to move out because of the bed bug infestation, I talked to Lynn and requested that the pet deposit check be shredded because we never brought our dog to the rental which she agreed,... Our bank account now shows that the check was not shredded but cashed. Disappointed to say the least. We are out both the months rent as well as the pet deposit. Not a very good first impression of the area. As for the bed bugs, it appeared to be from a previous renter and certainly not us.

It has always been a pleasure working with Lynn. I have completed 3 purchases using her. All deals went completely smooth. We would never consider using another realtor in that area.

We couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect single family home.
