Listed this investment property with Shannon and she was able to sell at a price we wanted in short timing . Shannon also cleaned apartment to make deal go through. I will use her on next sell.

When I purchased my first property in Tennessee while living in Pennsylvania, I was fortunate enough to find Shannon who was more accommodating, helpful and available than anyone I've ever worked with in my life. Buying a property sight unseen from another state is a very scary thing, and Shannon represented everything very honestly so I trusted her immediately as we started working together. She was available 24/7 responding to all of my text messages and phone calls quickly. Since then, I've made several real estate purchases in Tennessee, some houses and some raw land.
