I found Mark Richa from a promotional mailing. Timing was perfect for I was preparing to list a condo in Loveton Farms. My thoughts at that time were, here is a guy that has taken the initiative to familiarize his prospective audience with his experience. I called Mark and it was the best move that I could have made. The sale was complicated and Mark sold me on our first meeting. The sale was his. Everything that Mark set out to accomplish happened and most importantly, it happened Quickly with very little effort on my part. He make it happen. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the market and responsive to our questions. He explained the various options and foreseeable issues with listing our house. We were provided with a list of recommended improvements to help show the house and he held several open houses. With each showing we would discuss the feedback together and talk about our options for responding to the market. When we received our first offer Mark walked us through the negation process until it was finally settled. He even helped us pre-sign our paperwork since we weren't able to be there at closing. He made the process as easy as possible for us and made sure we were kept very informed.

I worked with Mary Lynch. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way. Buying first home was a very smooth process. It is hard to believe that I would have received better help from anyone else. She is the best.

Mark was extremely helpful with absolutely every step of the process. He made sure we got what we wanted in our first home and didn't settle for something we didn't want. He was extremely knowledgeable and he didn't finish helping us after we signed the contract. He was there from day one and past our sign date for anything and everything we needed as first time home buyers.
