Mike did an amazing job selling our home! We were challenged with selling our home in San Francisco remotely from San Diego and Mike made that process so enjoyable for us without the stress of having to travel back and forth. The home needed many repairs before listing the property which Mike took care of from start to finish. He was taxed with finding many different contractors, getting prices and scheduling the work before he could even list the home. Once listed, the process was easy and stress free for us which was appreciated more than Mike knows. You cannot go wrong with Mike Sinitsky if you are buying or selling a home!!

Mike went above and beyond starting with our first call. We had to put in an offer in a very short time frame and we were very new in the home buying process. Mike made sure that given the lack of time, he made sure we were educated and that was one of his best qualities. He made sure we understood every little thing about the home buying process and he had a network of incredible referrals which all made our home buying process a breeze and success! I can’t say enough good things about Mike, and cannot recommend him enough to anyone!! He was so knowledgeable throughout the whole process and even when we had a little bit of a hiccup he knew all the routes it could go and how to get us through to our dream home. He was always willing to come and check out a house with us and encouraged us to take our time, even with the home we bought he made sure we went in for a second look so we were sure! He stood firm on things he knew we wanted and was a great negotiator while also giving us his honest opinions. If you need a house and want someone who will be honest and fight for what you want go with Mike! I’ve already recommended him to a family member who is also thinking of buying now!

Mike did a great job helping us find our first home. We wouldn’t have made a purchase without his expertise. Even though we kept getting outbid he never gave up and kept encouraging us to make offers which eventually paid off.
