Cody did an awesome job helping us obtain a plot of land. With his knowledge of the area and expertise in the procedures, it made it an extremely easy process. Would definitely recommend him for anyone that has questions or doesn’t know where to start.

Stephanie was very friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. She made the buying process as easy as I could have ever imagined it could be. I was very sick during the whole closing week and all I had to do was sign some documents online.

Stephanie was very prompt to answer my original phone call at the beginning of my house hunting journey. She directed me to a local very knowledgeable "Brick and Mortar" Lender that she pairs very well with both with their communication and care for the clients needs. Once done with my initial meeting with the lender, she helped me get right to business. She helped my Fiancé and I walk through 4-5 homes and was very thorough along side us understanding any concerns we had and help teach us what to look out for until the right one came along. Mine was a spontaneous home dropped into my lap to which I called Stephanie and told her "No questions trust me this is the one!". She got right to work on it, to which our offer was accepted less than 24 hours later! Once we were in the process, she was very punctual about my first two weeks in the buying process being sure to present me with all of the documents required for me to sign as well as the first realtor evaluation walk through. As some may know the process can be long and life can take its turns during it all, BUT Stephanie was there every step of the way, answering every phone call, every question and supplying me with all the support needed on what most think is a very stressful journey! Once our closing day came, her and I were unable to meet at the new home but she made it her priority to get me my keys and even leave me a gorgeous house warming gift on the counter of my new home. Stephanie has now not only become my realtor for life in the Northern California area but a close friend that answers the call with a smile that you can hear through the phone!

If you are looking to purchase a home, please consider Stephanie! I believe she is everything you could want in a real estate agent! I’ve been looking for a new home for five years in many areas of the country. When I decided to check out Paradise, I googled realtors who would want to show me the area, available homes within my parameters, and provide the information I needed to determine if Paradise would be a good place to land (this being the last move I planned to make in my life so there could be no mistakes). The first realtor I contacted was entirely disinterested in helping me. Then I called Stephanie quite late one evening. She actually answered and when we talked at length, I felt that we really connected and she understood EXACTLY what my goal and needs were. That connection continued to grow when I arrived in town. Stephanie was so accommodating and a great tour guide, provided a wealth of information about the community, and answered endless questions as we drove the area, and looked at a number of homes. After a few days I made my best offer on a home but the seller countered at way more than I was able to pay. After feeling that I really liked Paradise, I now had to leave town hopelessly wondering if I would ever find the right place for me. But without my knowing, Stephanie continued to advocate for me with the seller and miraculously convinced him to lower the price, and we came to an agreement. Wow! After signing the contract, I returned home fully trusting Stephanie to handle the transaction from there including inspection, repairs request, final walk through, and assuring all documents were handled for closing escrow. Throughout the process she kept me involved and informed. And answered my many questions promptly, if not immediately, even when she was on vacation. Wow again! She also had her transaction coordinator, Karen, available any time I had a question, and together they kept everything moving forward to close on schedule. Not only do I believe that Stephanie is everything you could want in a realtor—honesty, knowledge, responsiveness, understanding—she is caring, friendly, amazingly energetic, and a genuine human being. In short, I feel so fortunate and very grateful to have found her! Can’t thank you enough Stephanie for all you’ve done!!!

Stephanie worked with us through a difficult sale. She kept us updated and informed throughout the whole thing. She was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and kind agent to assist with the purchase or sale of their property.
