Steve was recommended to me by a friend, and I cannot thank that friend enough! As a first-time homebuyer, Steve made every step in the process less daunting and was incredibly informative. He was at my every beck and call, providing very detailed explanations of where we were in the process. I cannot put into words how at ease he made me feel during this process! From the first time I sat down and met with Steve, I had the impression of “willingness to get the job done mentality”. In todays market we felt that we needed a strong realtor who would hold us in their best interest, not for the numbers, but for us as the homebuyer. Steve eased us into the market, which was a huge step for us being first time homebuyers. I had my doubts in the climate and area we were in, but Steve was patient and helped us get into the beautiful house we are in. Multiple times Steve went to bat for us towards the sellers agent and got us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Steve Olson for your home buying and selling needs. In a word, PERFECT. While most people expect the selling of a house to be a major headache, our work with Ryan getting our house ready, listed, sold and closed was as smooth as I could have ever imagined. His understanding of our needs, knowledge of pricing for our area, attention to detail in setting up the listing and appropriate marketing allowed our house to sell in HOURS! Once the offer came in he sat down with us to assure we understood, answered any questions we had and was available to us through the final closing date.
