Mona has been terrific and I would highly recommend her. She reached out to me via snail mail some months after my father passed away. I was managing the estate, which was in probate. Mona positioned herself as a probate certified specialist. While I have many friends and family that are real estate agents, I specifically wanted someone with probate expertise to help simplify my life, and to ensure that the process went smoothly. After exploring a few different agents, it was clear to me that Mona stood out. She was very professional, experienced (with probate sales and process), and was willing to go the extra mile to help prepare the home for sale. The home was in need of significant work, but that did not deter Mona from committing to help bring it up to par. She helped refer, vet and manage contractors who helped improve the home over a two month period. This included handymen, junk removal, landscapers, exterior and interior painters, and roofers. Mona was incredibly helpful to minimize this stressful process. Once the home was ready for sale, she was efficient in listing it and working with potential buyers/agents. We had 4 offers after the first weekend it was listed. The home sold for $20k over list price. Then, Mona was helpful in guiding me through the escrow process and staying on top of the buyer's agent. Mona is phenomenal, she is highly experienced in probate sales and is extremely knowledgeable with the Sylmar area which Is where she assisted us in selling a property. Her advice and suggestions to improve the property to get it ready for sale were spot on, she is also a great communicator, constantly reaching out to keep me updated at every step of the process. I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance.
