Monik is honest, fair and really really knowledgeable about the local market. She’s the best!!! She wrote an offer quickly and expertly then negotiated the deal with expertise. She was supportive through the entire process! I’m so glad we found her!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Monik. She is very knowledgeable about her field. She answery all of our questions clearly and quickly. She gave us wonderful advice on how to prepare our house for sale, walked us through all the details of what it would entail and was pivotal in the purchase of the condo I bought. We followed her seasoned advice and put the house on the market at the list price she suggested. We had 3 offers on the first day! It was sold 3 days later. It was a whirlwind from there but Monik's patient guidance was priceless in keeping us on track and having a relatively smooth transition from one home to the next. I wholeheartedly recommend Monik Graham!

Monik is more than just an amazing realtor, and anyone who has had the pleasure of working with her will wholeheartedly agree. She recently helped my boyfriend and I purchase our very first house in Hampton, NH, and we would have never found the place we now call home without her. She never hesitated to ask the right questions and her extensive knowledge of the seacoast helped us immensely. Her enthusiasm to help and willingness to educate us are just two of the numerous examples that illustrate her true passion for the work she does. The personal connection she develops with her buyers is unlike any realtor that I’ve met before. Her patience pairs perfectly with her witty sense of humor and at one point it was as if she knew exactly what we wanted before we even did. Our relationship didn’t end on the day we closed- not only did we gain an amazing home but we also gained a lifelong friend. She went above and beyond what is expected of an agent, and didn’t even mind when we would send her dozens of listings in the middle of the night. Who ever said purchasing a home was stressful clearly did not have Monik as a realtor. She handled all of the behind the scenes work to make the process as seamless as could be. From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you enough for all of your unconditional support throughout this adventure. I would highly recommend Monik as a realtor to anyone who is looking to find their very own, home on the seacoast.

Monik is absolutely amazing! After meeting her at an open house I immediately decided to work with her, having been looking for my first home for quite a while with no luck. We were able to find my perfect home 2 weeks after meeting and she knew exactly what to do to make sure my offer was accepted. As a young single person with a fairly low budget for the seacoast area in a very competitive market, this was no small feat. She is incredibly professional, knowledgable and experienced. She loves what she does and it shows! She is always available to answer questions, set up showings, solve problems and makes the entire process completely stress free for her buyers! On top of all this, she is a pleasure to work with and you will want to be her best friend as soon as you meet her. I cannot say enough about Monik and would recommend her to anybody. I will definitely be calling her in the future. Thank you Monik for everything!
