Michael understands the Seacoast market, is dedicated to his customers and their individual needs, is upfront, honest and dedicated. We have appreciated his help beyond measure and feel there isn't a better agent (or real estate team) in NH.

Christian is the best at what he does. He lives and breaths real estate. Selling my home almost felt too easy. We accepted a great offer in only a week after listing. Christian was very experienced working with my downstairs tenant (it was a two family home). He works with a lot of multi family clients and it shows. Communication was great and the experience was easy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Another round working with the best! Thanks to Christian, I was able to turn over and sell a rental property with little to no hassle. A change in job position forced me to sell, and I was moving out of the state in a few months. Because of his experience and expertise, he was able to get the listing out and attract the right buyers, successfully locking in the deal that was fair to both parties. Knocked it out of the park again with this one pal!

Chantal patiently worked with our family for over two and half years while we searched for the right home. My family recently had to sell my parents home after my mother had passed. Not living in the same state, made this difficult and stressful. Michael and Cecilia walked us through the various steps and helped minimize the stress by being our in state reps and finding the perfect buyer.
