Ellen worked with us to buy and sell a home. We found the home we wanted to purchase before even putting our home on the market. We knew all the pieces would have to fall into place in order to make everything work since our purchase was contingent upon our sale. I don't think that we would have had a successful sale and purchase if it wasn't for Ellen. She was a great negotiator and looked out for our best interests every step of the way. I've had good and bad realtors and Ellen is by far one of the best! She is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend her for buying or selling a home.

We started out having much time to sell the condo, but did not want things to drag on for a year. Ellen did the due diligence up front and arrived at a price that would sell the unit, but not firesale it. It sold after the first showing. Thee was no hesitation about splitting the commission with another agent. Ellen was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. She provided many pointers and examples from previous sales to help this sale go smoothly. After the initial P&S but before the closing, we had to change the closing date. This was no problem for Ellen. She re-arranged everything and the closing went smoothly. I would highly recommend Ellen for buying or selling real estate.

Ellen was always there for me whenever I asked any questions along the way in my home search -- and I had plenty of questions. She was available nights, weekends, holidays, you name it. She went wherever I wanted to look without question. I'd recommend her for your home search.

We worked with Ellen to purchase our first home. She was highly recommended to us, and I am so glad that we got to work with her! Ellen was on the ball with everything from start to finish. Ellen was extremely knowledgeable about everything which was very comforting to us, because we were pretty clueless about the whole process. She walked us through step by step, answered any questions we had, always responded right away to us, and always made herself available to us. She was also great with negotiating the price of our home. Ellen really went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be more grateful! You can tell that she loves her job, and truly cares about her clients. Ellen is a true professional, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I have worked with Ellen as both a buyer AND a seller. Ellen's main focus was to focus on my needs as a buyer and seller while putting my objectives first. She was honest and punctual throughout both transactions. Ellen is a mother of 3 and it shows in the way that she cares about her clients. Needless to say, I highly recommend Ellen in any aspect of Real Estate!
