Nancy Moore of the M3 Group was a pleasure to work with. Our situation was complicated— we were out of state and the pandemic made travel for home tours and inspections challenging. Additionally, we are an extremely cautious couple (we ask a million questions!) and very thorough. Nancy was patient through the entire process. No question seemed too trivial and she was responsive regardless of the time zone issues. What’s more, she has a terrific network of talented professionals. We felt really comfortable with the real estate attorney and inspectors she recommended. Highly recommend Nancy Moore and the M3 Group.

Nancy came highly recommended to my wife and I due to her local knowledge. She first guided us in putting together an offer that was accepted in an extremely competitive market. Once our offer was accepted she also was able to recommend an excellent inspector and closing attorney. Nancy’s calm and steady demeanor lead us through a stressful closing process and she was even able to help us move up the closing date to get us into the house sooner than we anticipated. Nancy and the M3 Group can’t be beat if you’re looking to purchase a home in the Metrowest!

Nancy of M3 Group is a pleasure to work with as is the entire M3 team I interacted with. Nancy is a true professional with a great deal of experience, knowledge and insight. Nancy has seen and done it all so nothing fazes her and she calmly works the process until the sale is complete. She is always available to communicate and is readily available with advice and guidance as needed. Nancy Moore made my dream possible! Being a first time homebuyer with limited resources, I was lost till I started working with Nancy. The instant after I sat down with Nancy house options poured in! I always felt valued and 150% listened to, even though I knew Nancy had clients with much much bigger budgets. This was such a learning experience for me. Nancy never once rushed through any part of any interaction I had with her. She listened and really heard me.
