It has been a pleasure working with Rosemary and Ali in selling my home. They are very professional, did a very thorough market study on the town and my neighborhood that my house is in, and helped me position the property for selling. Rosemary McCready is the ultimate professional and a true real estate guru. She and her partner, Ali Melignano, get to know their clients as well as they know their homes, which is how she helped us to find the perfect match in what is undoubtedly one of the biggest decisions and investments for most families. After viewing several homes with Rosemary and Ali, we were not satisfied with what we were seeing. The current inventory on the market just didn’t offer us what we were looking for. My wife and I were preparing for the worst-to move into a rental. The next day, Rosemary called us up and said she had found a house that was not quite finished being built. In fact, it was not even on the market yet, but she thought it would be a good fit. We drove up, took a look, and agreed that, yes, it was the perfect house. We were lucky enough to work with Rosemary on the purchase of our new home.
