Nate was one of three agents I interviewed to list my two bedroom condo in Crystal City for sale. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the area and our building. As part of the initial interview he brought in a stager and made some recommendations on painting and updating some lighting fixtures before I even selected him. After selecting him, he recommended a contractor to paint, install new fixtures and carpet who I was very satisfied with. My unit had an offer at full asking price within one day of listing. Throughout the whole process he was always accessible up to and including closing.
