Working with Melinda Holbrook was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! From the very first meeting, it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced she is in the real estate market. Melinda was incredibly attentive to our needs, always available to answer our questions, and even made time for us in the evenings, which worked perfectly with our busy schedules. Kevin did an amazing job helping us find the right house. He was always ready to help us look at houses when we found one, and ready to answer any questions we had. He was willing to work around my husbands work schedule to show us houses. He's an amazing realtor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Kevin stuck it through with us from the start of our First Home Buying process. With us, as the vast majority - this was a very long process. We wanted the perfect home for our needs. We were set on a new build that fell through due to the city, but that didn't hinder Kevin from trying to help us get in. Kevin would set timely tours on a dime and quickly adapted to any changing plans. As first time home buyers, he provided knowledge and guidance on how to realistically navigate the market, contracts, and everything it entails. We built a great relationship with Kevin and see him as part of the family. The biggest selling point for us when first meeting Kevin was that he didn't try to push a home. Kevin never tried to force a perspective, push a sale, change our opinion, or make false claims intentional or otherwise. He was honest about pros and cons of homes without being disrespectful to the home, area, etc. He would listen to us and hear out our concerns - as well as, 'sounds like this isn't the one.' Being ok with us wanting to keep searching through the years and being patient when we pulled back for awhile to let life changes happen, made him a real person's realtor. He isn't flashy, he isn't pushy - You will have a down to earth, open realtor with Kevin. He will make suggestions on what to offer sellers, what to ask for concessions, or help you negotiate during a new build. We had a wonderful experience with Kevin and buying our new home! We LOVE it!! ?? Got a great deal for the market, area, ammendities, and relationship. Kevin is your next door neighbor.

Although we had a very limited timeline and very specific neighborhood to find a rental, Kathryn was always responsive to our calls and she always informed us to any new rental listing or price changes. We were able to find our rental quickly. I can confidently recommend Kathryn if you want to work with a true professional realtor.

Melinda is AMAZING in every way! She was patient, she was a great listener, she provided great feedback, she was always available. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly supportive through this whole process and worked tirelessly to help us find right home for us. I HIGHLY recommend Melinda and her team!
