    We worked with Michael just recently on purchasing a 2024 residential home in Saint Augustine, FL. If you're scrolling through reviews of realtors, but are unsure of who to pick. Michael Preston is your guy! He is sincere, responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond what is required of him. We lived in South west Florida and Michael made it such an easy process to purchase the home being 5+ hours away! Any request needed, he came through for us. Could not ask for a better realtor even if we tried. We not only consider Michael our realtor, but also our FRIEND! I'd give him Ten stars if I could. Thank you Michael for such a streamlined process. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future!

     The following is a 100% honest and accurate review of our experience using Noah Bailey as our realtor for the recent sale of our property. Noah Bailey encouraged us to enter into a home sale contingency contract.  We were reluctant to enter into this type of agreement even though it was a full price, cash offer.  When Noah Bailey told us, and I quote: "If their property doesn't sell by May 21, it's over", we signed the contract of sale on April 29.  Our contract was also contingent upon us receiving proof of funds via a conventional mortgage for their sale on or before May 8.  We never received proper notification of funds and found out that their property would be sold via an unknown to us third party lender.  We became skeptical and concerned.  No closing took place on May 21, 22 or 23.  Noah Bailey did nothing except to request an extension of the contract, which the Buyers refused to sign.  He should have cancelled the contract based on the fact that the Buyers' contingency had not been satisfied by the stipulated date.  On May 24, the Friday prior to Memorial Day, we told Noah that we were cancelling our movers at 3:30 pm that day.  The movers were scheduled for May 27, Memorial Day, in order to placate the Buyers who said they were going to move into our property on the day of closing, May 29. We cancelled our movers at 3:30 pm on Friday and Noah was 100% supportive of our position.  At 5:05 we received a telephone call from Noah's office that the Buyers' property had just sold. This was false. Every real estate platform on the internet states that their closing occurred on May 29.  Their property address was 32 Sea Capers Drive, St. Augustine, Florida.  Noah Bailey was not available on Saturday.  On Sunday he called us and did a complete 180.  He now told us that we HAD to close on May 29 or the Buyers would seek legal intervention.  Noah Bailey was unable, or unwilling, to negotiate even one extra day for us to resume moving even though the Buyers had not fulfilled their contingency on time nor for more than a week afterwards.  We offered to pay for a hotel for them or credit them at closing.  According to Noah Bailey they refused to make up any portion of the 4 days they took from us.  In the end, we were able to reinstate our movers but not the extra U-Haul truck we needed because U-Haul was closed on Memorial Day.  Because of this we had to give away to neighbors over $2500 of our belongings, including 6 large mosaic planters, a $1200 concrete fountain and all of our laundry, cleaning, kitchen and bathroom supplies.  Noah Bailey's reaction to this was " Oh. Wow."  No compensation whatsoever or credit at closing was offered to us by Noah Bailey even though it was solely his fault that we had to leave so much behind.  We were told verbally that the Buyers' home sale occurred on May 24 when it actually occurred on May 29.  We were forced to move out of our home before their contingency was even satisfied.
