Patti made an excellent job selling my house in Livermore CA. Her deep and profound knowledge of the Livermore housing market together with her extensive network of contractors and handymen were instrumental in a successful sell at price that was above my initial expectations. The selling process started with an evaluation of the condition of the house, followed by assessment of repairs and improvements needed before putting the house on the market. Without Patti's help, it would have been very hard for me to know which work were critical for selling, and which contractors to use. Selling with Patti was a very smooth process; she took care of communication with the contractors for the fixing up and repairs (she even managed to get discounted prices on some of the work) and made sure the work was performed properly, while keeping me informed in a way that I always felt up to date on how it was progressing. Once it was time to put the house on the market, Patti's knowledge of the neighborhood (south Livermore) conditions was critical to setting an asking price that was just right; not too high or too low. After receiving 10+ offers from prospective buyers, the actual selling of the house was a very uncomplicated process. Patti guided me through the escrow and title transfer procedures, and the sale concluded successfully without any problems. Not being used to handle the large sums of money involved in a title transfer, it was reassuring to work with Patti who have done this many times before.

Patti sold one house for us with ease and so we asked her to sell our home outside her typical territory. She leveraged all her resources (contractors, services, inspectors) to get the house on the market quick and positioned it aggressively to get lots of traffic and a couple offers. Despite some challenges closing during Covid she made it happen! Thanks Patti for your expertise, persistence and positivity.

Patti is the perfect professional to have in your corner in a Real Estate transaction. She truly is an expert and knows exactly what to do in any situation. What I particularly appreciated from Patti was her ability to confidently propose recommendations quickly without burdening us with ten different options to every question that came up (unless, of course, we asked). She was also extremely communicative. She was in constant communication via text, phone, and email throughout the process, ensuring that we didn't miss a single document, deadline, or piece of information. Finally, she respected and understood the personal nature of our transaction, which was the sale of our late mother's home. She was professional the entire time and respected every decision that we made on behalf of our mother's memory. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Patti for ANY of your Real Estate needs.

Patti goes the extra mile! She prepares and positions the property properly. Manages all details and is an effective communicator. Would use her again. Also sold another property with Patti, (out of town) and we were impressed as she was extremely knowledgeable of area.
