As out-of-state sellers of an investment property, we were concerned about locating a realtor who would work as diligently for an "invisible" client as he would for one who was in the local area. We were referred to Paul by a friend, interviewed him via telephone, and were so impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge that we hired him practically on the spot. Paul's expertise of the local market allowed us to list the property at a price that was very fair to both us and a purchaser. Because of this, the home sold in less than a month and there was minimal negotiating because all parties involved knew it was a fair transaction for everyone. Paul went "above and beyond" in communicating with us, as well as working with the property management company and the tenants to ensure a smooth transition. Paul is professional, ethical, highly communicative, and worked very hard on our behalf. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate having had Paul as our realtor and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor in the Layton/Ogden/Salt Lake area of Utah.

As out-of-state sellers of an investment property, we needed a realtor who would be 100% in our corner working for our best interest & found Mr. Taylor to be incredible! His knowledge of the local market allowed us to price the property fairly at the outset which in turn minimized the negotiation process because the buyers knew up front that it was a fair price. His expertise & cooperation in dealing with the tenants, property manager, buyers' agent, title company, etc, was remarkable & eliminated the nightmare/headaches we've experienced with other realtors in other purchase/sales transactions. Most extraordinary, however, was that Mr. Taylor was patient, responsive, & highly ethical. In short, he was a pleasure to work with, helping us sell our property very quickly while minimizing expenses and maximizing our profit.
