Barbara is a wonderful person and a great professional. Her dedication to us was unshakable. She was in contact with us daily. Being a first time buyers-couple we needed all the guidance and the support we could get and Barbara certainly fulfilled our expectations and needs. Forever patient she never quit explaining and was available for us any time we needed her. She conquered every obstacle with a professional and positive attitude. We couldn't have closed this deal without her help. She is truly a five star winner.

Barb is a real professional. She really paid attention to us. As a result, she became intimate with our needs and preferred approach to finding the right home FOR US. As busy as I know she was, she always seemed to be able to find the time to show us the houses we wanted to see on our difficult schedule. When it came time to make offers and work through the details of negotiation and deal-making, she was always Johnny-on-the-spot with the necessary paperwork, local market understanding and details (comps, etc) we needed to navigate the system and make smart decisions. She even kept in contact after the sale with helpful contractor suggestions. Barb knows Monterey Peninsula Real Estate!

Barbara worked with my father to sell him his dream house. A few years later my father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly so I decided to sell the home. She took every possible step to ensure a quick sale and get top dollar. Barbara, had the landscaping done, furniture staging, a cleaning crew visit, and professional pictures taken. Within sixty days the house was sold. A few months later I did another sale with Barbara this house had a few issues selling due to buyers with cold feel, but once again Barbara worked her magic. She did whatever it took to get the house sold. Barbara is a world class real estate agent. She is incredibly, knowledgeable, bright, she has a great network that she can tap into if need to be to get any problem solved. I told Barbara this many times, “Everyone needs a Barbara in their life to make things easier.” I am the second generation of my family to work with Barbara she is not only our go real estate agent but a family friend.

I met Barbara Weidman at an open house she was hosting. Barbara was incredibly generous with her time and patient answering all of my questions -- and then some. Barbara was not pushy about who was representing me, nor in any way looking to score me as a client. It was clear from talking to Barbara that first day that her main intention both personally and professionally, was to serve her clients and do whatever possible to get them into their dream home. This is why I chose Barbara, and it is EXACTLY what she did for me!! Buying a home is such a stressful event in a person's life, and more times than I can count, Barbara was there to help me breathe through the experience, settle fraying nerves and hold my hand while I took one step at a time. Even long after the sale was done and closed, Barbara made herself available to offer assistance and suggestions with everything from minor questions to major home renovation -- and everything in between! I cannot say in enough ways that Barbara went above and beyond what most agents would ever do in order to get me into my home. She was available in every way at all hours of the day/night. I'm not sure how she did all she did for me--it was as if I was her only client because she was ALWAYS there and available for my needs. Barbara Weidman is hands down, the best agent I've ever had! I am so thankful I chose Barbara as my agent--and because of that decision, my little dog and I are going to live happily ever after in our little dream California beach bungalow!
