Ramon is a superb agent whose knowledge, communication, and friendly approach to business closed a complex deal. He is an expert in real estate and the Bay Area. Whether Tenancies in Common, contingencies, or processes, Ramon explained topics simply enough for a first-time home buyer to understand. We toured many neighborhoods, and I benefited from his notes on the areas. He navigated a difficult Veterans Administration loan approval process and diligently kept the deal on track. His communication with all parties is professional, timely, and clear. He kept me up-to-date with the seller's intent and likewise kept the seller informed with mine. Without this transparency, the deal would have likely fallen through during unexpected delays. I appreciated Ramon's rational advice and steadiness throughout the home buying process. He always acted in my best interest when negotiating with the selling agent, explaining next steps, or giving advice. He never tried to force a sale, and I could count on him for dispassionate counsel. He is also funny - we had some adventures at some of the properties, and his good humor and ease made each visit a fun experience. Ramon is the best agent you will find in the Bay Area. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
