I contacted Zillow because a condo in the community my brother lives came available. I'm ready to purchase now, cash. Retta was connected to me and immediately started the conversation with how she didn't think I would want the property because of the high fees. I told her I knew it was $185 a month. She said, and you're comfortable paying that? I said yes. She said, well I'm going to get you the listing agents name and number. I asked why would I need that information and she said because she could not help me. I asked why and she said she wasn't familiar with the home. I said, it's a condo and I am familiar. She then said, oh I'm familiar with the property I just can't help YOU. I told her I was driving and asked if she could text me the information. She said no because I called Zillow I needed to contact them back because she wasn't going to help me. The only thing I can think is either she wants to sell the property to a friend and doesn't want me to have it or she doesn't want to work with people of color. Either way, NOT COOL

Retta knows this area very well. She constantly kept us up to date on information and was not only shopping at the top of our budget. She is military friendly and understands VA loans/requirements. I have recommended her to everyone I know moving to Sumter!

Ms. Retta Sanders is an outstanding realtor. She was everything you look for in a realtor. Honesty, Integrity and Compassion. She went step by step to ensure that everything went very smoothly on the purchase of our new home. She was always available 24 7 if we had any questions. She is really a down to earth person with a warm heart and a great personality to match. I would highly recommend Ms. Sanders to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their house. She is the consummate professional that I have ever met. You will be astounded by her superb customer service skills as well. She is just an amazing person !!!!!

Retta was great at helping us out. We were new to the area and she was easy to work with us. It only took us a couple of days to find the home we bought. If we buy again, we will definitely use Retta.
