Touran helped me buy my first home. Throughout the process, she was very responsible, professional and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the home buying process. She even helped me negotiate a discount on the final price after the home inspection detected several small problems with the property. Roberta worked with us on the purchase of our first home. She guided us every step of the way through the whole home buying process . She was very honest , trustworthy , knowledgeable , very helpful and always gave us advice on everything . She always explained everything in detail. She always responded to our calls , emails, and was always on top of everything . She always through it all thought of our best interest . As hectic as a home buying process can be Roberta made it so easy , simple and it was all because how relatable and detailed she was at all times . We listened at all times on what she had to say and we closed on a house in 1 1/2 months . Let's not forget we had limited budget and we still managed to stay not so far from the city . We thank her immensely for helping us find our first home . The difference in your home buying process will be the agent you work with and how well you'll work with them. Roberta walked us through the process of looking and buying a home. She was very honest with us about the houses we looked at and told us the pros and cons of each place. We were given tips on what to look for to determine if the house would be within budget or require more work than we were prepared to deal with. We were never pressured into buying a specific house. After each viewing, Roberta would take our comments into consideration to determine what other houses would fit our needs. For our first time buying a home, she made sure we had a great experience and we would work with her again.

Malcolm and Roberta were always available for showings. They were very knowledgeable of surrounding areas. I found them honest and experienced and would recommend them to friends and family.
