I've known Sam and used him as a Realtor since 2002 when I sold my first condo. Sam did an excellent job helping me buy my larger home after selling the condo and most recently, Sam got my home sold fast, above list price, and with a free rent back so I could move my growing family to Kansas. Sam and his partner Tammy gave me great advice and the resources to prepare my home for the sale. They helped me make the best of a very stressful situation as I had to accommodate showings around 7 people and 7 fur-family members and all while I worked from home! They also negotiated with the buyer for an as-is sale which allowed me to avoid any further disruption before closing. The icing on the cake was that they arranged for a closing to be at my convenience at my home which was a huge help given my family's situation. I would strongly recommend Sam Wilson and the Sam Wilson Home Selling Team.

We just purchased a condo in Central Park Denver. Tammy Fabregas was our buyer’s agent. She was terrific. She persistently looked out for our interests. She did everything possible to assure a successful and timely closing. She provided very good references for unit inspection and other services. She kept in frequent contact and was easy to reach. She was always available to answer even tedious questions. Tammy was pleasant, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would certainly call on her for any future real estate transactions.

My experience with Tammy Fabregas a few months ago was better than I have ever had before--having bought and sold homes, land, and condos--I have been through quite a few transactions over these past 30 years. She and her team were responsive, professional, helpful, and flexible--throughout the whole process. In today’s challenging market, I was grateful for her expertise and knowledge, even though I thought I was a savvy buyer. She made the entire process go smoothly, she helped me navigate the seller’s-created delays, and we still closed on time. If you find anyone in this business that is even half as competent and caring as Tammy (and the Sam Wilson Team) count yourself lucky.

Sam Wilson and the Sam Wilson Home Selling Team was referred to us by a friend who recently used Sam to sell their home as well. We were interviewing other agents and thankfully Sam and his team came along before we made a decision. We chose to work with Sam and his team because of his flexibility, patience and communication about how things work, especially in such a hot seller's market. Sam never once encouraged us to take an offer that was not 100% in our favor. He was truly in our corner. He took the time and effort to always explain to us how an offer should be countered in order to be in our favor. As a result, we rejected any offers that Sam did not feel like would actually close. Sam was also up front and honest with us about any changes we needed to make in order to attract more buyers and offers. He even came up with ideas and additional marketing to address the most common objections we received from showings. Once we received a reasonable offer, Sam still negotiated and countered on our behalf to make the offer acceptable to us and improved both our odds to close on time as well as protect us financially in the event things didn't work out. All things that the other agents we interviewed never even mentioned. Since our sale was contingent on the replacement home we were purchasing, it was important that we had someone fighting for us and protecting our interest. This is a very stressful process and we now understand that frequent, proactive communication from an experienced agent is critical. Working with Anne really helped us come to the best decision in our home-buying process. We ended up working with her over two years because we hadn't realized what we were getting into when purchasing a home. Every time with saw a house, she made thoughtful suggestions and let us come to our own conclusions. She answered each and every question we had with complete honesty and we never felt pressured into doing something when we weren't ready. Our home buying process evolved as we saw more of the market and Anne adjusted what she presented to us to meet our needs. As a realtor and a person, she's wonderful to work with. She has a wonderful personality and by the end we were having a great time with her. I'm actually sad that we can't join her to ride along and look at houses for fun. The people at the Wilson Group were amazing as well. We worked with Tammy a couple times to get documents notarized and faxed and everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so thankful we found Anne and her team.
