I can’t recommend Savannah enough. She not only helped me get my dream condo a few years ago, she’s held my hand since then and navigated this market with me with patience and reassurance and organization that’s unmatched and just helped me close on a dream starter home with an in-law suite for family. She’s a dream and makes yours come true. Seriously.

Savannah helped me get into my house back in 2020 and helped sell my house in 2023. Her commitment to me personally to make sure I was comfortable, excited, and informed throughout the process was really a huge part that helped me navigate both processes. She is always available to talk and run through any updates needed, ideas for showings/offers/etc. that I never had to give my of my own thought into it and rather just got to be the final decision maker. I'd recommend using her in the Denver metro area as she knows the entire market so well and understands how the outside world of economics is impacting what is happening in our own back yard. (We didn't need to negotiate too much so that's the only really she doesn't get a 5 star sweep)

Savannah was outstanding. She was a referral from a friend, and from the word 'hello', she went out of her way to analyze which homes fit our needs and would be a good fit. Trust is a huge factor with building a relationship with a new client, and her actions re-enforced her words. We had some challenging negotiation and Savannah brought forth the best in everyone, and closed the sale. She is the best agent I have ever worked with, and I have bought and sold many homes in other states.

After moving 11 times you know what makes a great agent. Savannah is that great agent! Energy for the impromptu call to go see 7 homes in one day, positive attitude when you lose a house (because your agent - Savannah, tells you the resale would be in question if you chased it), knows the local Denver market - where the busy streets are, the schools, etc. Negotiates with your best interest in mind and gets the deal done - always on, always reachable. She keeps track of the details, takes diligent notes, and follows up without a follow up! She is who I'd want by my side when we list or purchase again!

Savannah is absolutely incredible. You couldn't ask for a better realtor OR person for that matter. She is attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and delivers results. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous--you hear a lot of horror stories but not with Savannah. She was always willing to answer my questions, educate me on the process but never push me to something I didn't want. I'm now in the most perfect home because of her!
