Working with Manavi and Scott to buy a condo was the best decision my family has made all year. I was a little shy of real estate agents after having a bad experience with a different one recently, but calling in Manavi and Scott made all the difference in the world. They were fast and responsive when we had questions, helped us find our dream home, fought for us to get the best price, and held our hands all the way through the buying process. Buying a home can be a stressful process, and having a strong, knowledgeable, helpful team in your corner really helps. Manavi and Scott fit that bill and more. From the beginning, they worked with us to understand our specific needs and situation, developed and implemented a plan to find the right condo for us, helped maximize our buying power, and made the offer and closing processes easy to understand and a breeze to go through. My family and I are extremely happy with our new home and I cannot recommend Manavi and Scott enough.

Where do I start with how much I would recommend using Manavi? Her genuine sympathy and empathy with the struggles of making buying choices and being overwhelmed? Her rapid response to questions or comments I texted her? Her wonderful negotiating skills? All of this done with a cool, in controlled manner that is cheerful to boot! Manavi and Scott came in and had a two hour long meeting with my family regarding the possibility of selling my parent's home and getting them a smaller condo. They were endlessly patient with answering all our questions and explaining things so we would be sure to understand. In the end, my family decided to forgo moving my parents, but we still needed a condo for the rest of the local family to move into. Without missing a beat, Manavi stared finding out what we were looking for in our new home and what our budget was. She was very prompt and helpful with looking at listings and setting up a full day of viewing. Well we found our new home on the first day of home visits! She negotiated a great price and continued to to negotiate for a few bits and bobs after the majority of the deal was set. She has also recommended helpful insurance professionals and other vendors you need when you own a home. Each of the recommendations has been just as much of a pleasure to work with as Manavi. Not only would I recommend contracting Manavi for your real estate needs, but I'm a little sorry I'm not rich so I could continue to work with her for a second or third home!

We had a terrific experience with Manavi and Scott and everyone at the Boeser Group. From staging, to the open houses, to the negotiation, to the eventual sale -- everything worked perfectly, A few things stand out. First, Manavi and Scott take a creative approach to listing, leveraging social media and making open houses almost feel like festivals. This drives would-be buyers to the property, increasing the likelihood of multiple offers, which we received. Second, they both have a strong understanding of the real estate market, and can give a realistic estimate of what a property will go for. And finally, they are excellent communicators and very professional. We were actually overseas when we listed but were still able to get the deal done. I highly recommend them.

Tim is outstanding! He helped me to buy the condos. In 3 months he helped me buy two condos. He knows the market very well. The closing quickly. I am very happy with both condos. I don't drive, therefore Tim just send the list of the Condo for sale. So I can choose which one I like. UnfortunateIy, which one I chose, other buyer offered. Tim really patient, he keeps searching...searching and send the list for me. Finally I got the first condo, only 3 weeks later, we closed. After 2 months I tried buy the second condo, and I closed after 3 weeks. One thing important to me is Tim always answered my questions no later one hour. Therefore, I can submit the documents to buy the condo quickly. As I said, I don't drive, some documents can't send by email. Tim willing help me pick them up. I am very deeply thankful Tim. I lived in 2nd Condo, and I am very happy with this condo. I definitely introduced Tim with my family, my friends. Thanks again! Tim
