She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire area. She knew local market and what was happening in that market. Found a house just ready to be listed, which we purchased and love. During the period before close she answered all my questions about local utilities, fire protection etc. After moving in knew who to contact for fencing, concrete work we wanted done. Would recommend her to everyone.

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with throughout our transaction and very responsive which is something most realtors lack these days. We would highly recommend her and trust her expertise.

Hire Stephanie. We are certain there are many good Realtors in the area, but we don't think you will find any better than Stephanie. She worked with us for about six months to help us locate the 'gem'. She is punctual with showings, accommodating with her time, honest and knows how the Real Estate industry works. She pushed when she needed to push and she backed off when we needed monitor the market conditions. Unlike some Realtors we've worked with in the past, she drove the deal even harder AFTER the contract was signed. That's what we needed! You don't have a deal until the papers are signed and the keys change hands. We say again ... hire with confidence. Thanks Stephanie.

My husband and I decided to put our house on the market last year which was very scary for us. We had several concerns and questions, would the house sell quickly, would we get the price we wanted, could we find an experienced Realtor that we could trust. Stephanie answered an e-mail that we sent to Park Avenue Properties and offered to help us sell our home. She provided us with the comparative market analysis on the first visit and was very enthusiastic about working with us. She listened as my husband discussed his concerns about getting the right price. She provided him with data on nearby homes that have sold (or failed to sell) recently and the time frame that it took for each sale. We both felt that she was honest and trustworthy every step of the way. She knew selling our home was an emotional step for me and she provided me with support I needed along the way. She made us feel that selling our home was not all about the money but about helping us reach our dream of living closer to our kids and grandkids. She must have been done her homework because we had an offer the first week.

Stefanie was excellent in working with us in buying this property. There were a few problems that we encountered but she assisted us through the whole process. She treated us like a personal friend instead of a business acquaintance. I would recommend her to anyone. She is excellent to deal with and she truly loves her job!!!
