Powerful ally to have when house hunting. His experience helped tremendously with all the questions I had and never made me feel like he didn't have time for me. He took his time with me and made me feel like he was there to help. Communication is key with me and Shawn was there every step of the way to our new home. I look forward to working with Shawn again in the future and highly recommend him for any home buyer/seller.

Team Blades was absolute pleasure to work with. Even prior to putting the house on the market they provided excellent suggestions regarding improvements and strategies to maximize a quick sale, including smart time lines. We received two qualified, above asking offers during the first weekend open house and closed the entire process within 30 days. Selling this property was an important piece of our retirement plans. Shawn and Danielle exceeded ALL expectations. They always went the extra mile and constantly communicated with us. Honest, hard working, true professionals in every regard.

I cannot say enough good things about Shawn, he is an amazing realtor! When my husband hired him, he assured me that I would agree with his choice, and after working with him, I can truly say he was right. The process of selling our condo and buying a new home was not an easy one. There were many tears and frustrations, but Shawn remained professional and was there every step of the way. Whether it was showing us a house for the 10th time that week (all while accommodating to our schedules, never to his), talking me off a ledge when I couldn't handle anymore stress, or not letting us give up when we were ready to, Shawn was there. I am so grateful to him for all he has done and has been through with us. We are now getting ready to move into our new home, and it is absolutely perfect for us. The company Shawn works for, LAER, was also amazing. It was very clear from the beginning, and throughout the process, that he and his fellow co-workers love their jobs. If one person didn't know an answer to a question, they would turn to each other, making us feel like we always had a whole team in our corner. If you're lucky enough to also get to work with his wife, Danielle, it's even better! Together they are a dream team. They are both so great and we hope to have them in our lives even after this is all done. We truly couldn't have done this without you guys. Thank you so much!!

Shawn went above and beyond in helping us locate and purchase our new home. Having just had a baby, we wanted to approach the home buying process in an efficient way, with ease, and limit the stress. Lucky for us, Shawn understood our needs and dedicated his time, effort, and energy to making sure our needs were met. We felt supported throughout the entire process, and our concerns were addressed immediately. We knew we were in good hands and if Shawn didn't know the answer, he would find someone who did. Shawn's knowledge about new construction was extremely helpful to us. I would highly recommend Shawn as you can be assured he will go to bat for you, communicate effectively, and has the knowledge needed to make the home buying process easier!

Shawn did an outstanding work to help us sell our Condo.He put the condo into market and with 2days there were more than 5 potential offers and with his negotiating skills he was able to get us the buyer.There was delays with the buyers bank but he was able get us through with the closing.He was good with phone calls with updates about what was going on.I will surely recommend Shawn to any of my friends willing to sell or buy a house.
