We were referred to Shawn by some friends. We were very satisfied with the service we received. He showed me several homes, and was honest and pointed out pros and cons on each property. My husband was in India working while this whole process took place. He made sure to keep him updated daily, that was incredible. We closed last month, and he still checks in and helps with questions on the house, the community, and anything we need. I would definitely refer his, and will use him in the future. He is definitely a 5 ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? star realtor. And no pressure!!!

Shawn McGinn, came to be realtor through Zillow, and it was one of the best realty experience I've had, and this is the 5th house I've purchased in my 50 years. First, and most importantly, he took the time to learn what was most important me in making my purchase: investment and lifestyle; he knew how to ask the right questions and pair me with the listings that matched. Shawn also did his homework on neighborhood values and stability, and he was ALWAYS available. I was super picky and and he never got impatient with me: he matched my patience with finding the perfect property for me--and in a sellers market like this one, it took doing..and he went out of his way to ensure that I was 150% satisfied. He even followed up twice after the sale. I got my perfect property with EVERYTHING I wanted, including the view, the neighborhood, the pool, and the PRICE!

I was an absentee buyer and Shawn was very active in helping me find the right home but also continued to help as I requested more information about the house I'd chosen from afar. He provided referrals to appraisers and negotiated several times with the owners on my behalf relating to repairs needed, including personally trying to stop a water leak from the main. Then just to top it off, he put a lovely pinwheel in my yard to celebrate Easter/spring. Shawn is a realtor who remembers it's the personal touch that makes the difference.

Handled everything remotely as I was out of State selling my Parents house. Included disposition of some remaining property as well as staging of the house for showing.
