The Payab Group was an excellent choice to help us sell our property. It sold immediately, with multiple offers over the asking price. Then they expertly helped us pick the best offer and guided us through the escrow process, smoothing out any potential issues and making sure both parties were happy at the end. I worked with Stephanie while looking for a home in Los Angeles. She was fantastic in every way. Not only was she knowledgeable about the different areas (the Westside, the Valley) but she went out of her way to show me properties that met my specifications. She spent many weekend days with me driving around different neighborhoods so I could find the place that worked best for us. Stephanie is friendly, kind, funny and very easy to be with. I recommend her without hesitation.

Stephanie is the most incredible realtor. She assisted me with selling my parents' home after they passed away which was quite a complicated sale. She was there for me every step of the way and successfully sold their home. She also assisted me with the purchase of my current home. Stephanie has the most amazing communication and is always available to answer your questions or concerns. She will respond to your texts, emails or phone calls within minutes, and nothing is ever a problem. She always has a smile on her face and has such a positive attitude. Most importantly she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has helped so many of my friends sell or buy their homes. I cannot recommend her enough as a realtor. You will be so happy, and she will assist you with finding your dream house and/or selling your current house.

Stephanie is simply the best. We worked with her on our first home purchase in 2019 and still talk to her regularly. She took the time to get to know us, our likes/dislikes, and truly ended up figuring out what we needed without us even realizing it. She is extremely responsive, personable, thorough, and best of all - she gives it to you straight. She is realistic, practical and truly the best.

Excellent communication during the entire process. She has excellent negotiational skills which helped us tremendously. She was very helpful the whole way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
