I wasn't selling my home but needed a professional assessment of my home's value for estate tax reporting. When I called him and explained my situation Steve was happy to help and offered an in-home appointment the next day. Steve was very prompt and pleasant and provided the written estimate a day or two after the appointment. I was impressed with Steve's willingness to provide this estimate even though I am not selling. Because of his professionalism I will definitely recommend Steve to anyone planning on selling their home.

I was lucky to find Steve Casey in 2016 when we needed to sell our mother’s home in Norwood. Since then, Steve has helped our son sell inherited property in Mansfield (during the COVID mess) with good results. When I decided to sell our home in Norwood, I was delighted to learn that Steve was still working in the business. Steve provided an accurate market analysis and some valuable advice. Steve’s listing of our home brought us a generous offer above asking price (after the first open house). Steve’s handling of the many details, including contact with attorneys, town depts, etc, resulted in a quick transaction without any issues (listing to closing in 45 days). I highly recommend Steve. Steve worked very hard to help us sell our house. Things started off slowly but he persisted by having numerous showings. Steve was very responsive, answering emails and texts very quickly and always picking up our calls. He was particularly helpful as our closing approached. We do not live nearby, therefore, it was a big help that Steve stepped up to take care of some of the details (finding contractors, the fire alarm inspection, water meter reading etc.) that would have been hard for us to accomplish. And finally I believe that he gave us important advice during the process of negotiating a final deal, his extensive experience showed.

Steve was fantastic to work with when selling our family home. He knows the area well and we were able to sell quickly at the price we were very happy with. Steve always responded quickly, marketed the home very well, kept us updated at all times, and really stepped in to help us as we were not in the area. He made a very stressful time a lot less so. I would highly recommend Steve and would absolutely list with him again.

Steve did a superb job with a very difficult sale. He managed to work around the difficult situation and scheduled showings with ultimate professionalism. He had many buyers lined up because of his years of expertise. The listing and closing were done in less than 45 days. I would highly recommend Steve to both sellers and buyers and would certainly work with him again should the opportunity present.
