My experience with Susan Anderson was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. She was at the walk-through with her clients monitoring us and failed to turn over the keys on time. She allowed her client to keep her pets upstairs even after we closed. When we finally gained access to the house, it was left in a trashed condition. Animal feces in three rooms upstairs, torn carpet, and trash left in closets. They lied "did not know" on the disclosure and hid important information, which led to further complications. The lack of communication was appalling, and they even lied to my realtor, causing confusion and delays. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend working with this realtor or Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s because they both lack integrity.

Susan was the agent for my tennant when I was a landlord, she so impressed me that, when we were ready to sell we gave her a call. She provided us with a market analysis, and her expert opinion of what it would take to get fair market value for our home. Susan showed our home, and we received a full price offer the first day! We wounldn't even consider another agent!

She made us feel as though her schedule was completely open for us, accommodating our hectic lifestyle and awkward hours. She was very responsive to emails and texts.
