Her insights were invaluable and she went above and beyond to ensure that we always understood what was happening throughout the buying process. This was crucial since we currently live in another state. We trust Suzy implicitly and will ALWAYS work with her on future real estate transactions.

Suzy Macino is knowledgeable, diligent, and addresses concerns quickly. She made the process easy for me. Suzy was a pleasure to work with and is highly recommended! The condo was vacant and empty, and Suzy decided to incorporate digital furniture into the listing photos. This increased the frequency of showings overnight, leading to the sale not long after.

Could not have asked for a better realtor than Suzy Macino. She was recommended by a neighbor and I’m so glad I listened to him. Suzy returned all calls promptly and had a correct answer for all inquiries. She made sure my home was shown to only those clients that had an interest in my kind of property (riverfront). She sold my home promptly at my asking price.

I was amazed at what Suzie did to get the house ready for sale. She cleaned out the garage and shed, organized what furniture she could use for showing and disposed of the rest. This was my cousin's house and you don't know what people have in every closet and drawer until you have to clean it and/or dispose of it. All I had to do was call the plumber, floor/carpeting people and the painter to get the house ready for market. Thanks Suzie - you are the BEST! Arlene

This is the Seventh home sale (all personal, not an investor, I just seem to move a lot!) that I've had Suzy handle for me over the last 18 years. Each and every time, she has gone above and beyond expectations, delivering the highest level of customer service possible. She has put together difficult deals for me that have required skill, finesse, market savvy and most of all creativity. She's as no nonsense as they get and she won't tell you what you want to hear, but rather, what you need to hear; always acting in her buyer's best interests. If I buy/sell any homes in the future (hopefully not) she'll be the person I call.
