Tanya was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her! She is incredibly efficient, organized and was on top of things that needed to be done-which was a huge help for me not needing to worry about those items. She had our best interests at heart and was a great negotiator on our behalf. She is professional and goes above and beyond for her clients!

I interviewed multiple realtors but decided to to hire Tanya Sjodin because she knew her Tech and would get us the most exposure online and she seemed to be a no nonsense, competent and to the point kind of professional. I was not disappointed: Tanya was a great choice for me. I was living between 3 houses and juggling all that goes with that and Tanya really stepped up whenever I needed assistance with the listed home. She found a buyer when the market was slowing down but because of a hurricane, a tropical storm, and my own snafu caused by a sink overflow, the 1st time hone buyer got spooked and backed out. As soon as I had the house dried out and repaired Tanya had another buyer for us in just 3 days. What a relief that was! Tanya seriously went above and beyond to help us out for which I am extremely grateful. I would recommend her because she is on top of her game and tackles problems in a prompt and professional manner. I wish all realtors were as good as her

Tanya did such a great job helping my husband and I with the sale of our home. She assisted every step of the way even when we moved prior to the sale. She answered all of our questions and was extremely professional. She also got it sold in just a few weeks, which really helped us. Would recommend her to anyone!

Tanya is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating! She truly walked us through the entire process of finding and buying our first home from start to finish.
