Tim was great to work with. When we met with Tim the first time he listened to everything we said and what we wanted in our forever home. Tim was knowledgeable about homes we saw and found us the perfect home after only seeing 5 homes. Would recommend Tim to friends and family that are looking for a home.

Tim and his wife did an outstanding job at assisting us in the home buying process. They worked with our special circumstances with me getting out of the military and transitioning into civilian life and employment and were able to find us a house that my wife and I loved. Additionally, him and his wife helped us through the inspections and gave us assistance in things that went beyond the actual home buying process, like providing us an essentials list of things to buy once we get into our home and lawn care techniques, along with providing references for additional work we wanted done for the house. I would definitely recommend Tim for anyone in search of a realtor in the Des Moines area.

Tim is one of the of the greatest realtors that I have had the pleasure of working with. He was great with communication, knowledge, and friendliness. He would do anything we asked and would always try to reassure us when we were feeling insecure. He treated us like someone he has known for years and I would highly recommend using him if you’re unsure of how to make a deal work. He also has great knowledge of how VA loans work as well.

Tim was a great realtor to work with. This was the first home I had ever bought and glad I found him. I was nervous going into it as most first time buyers are but Tim helped guide me through every step that was needed. I had sent in a tour request on Zillow to look at a house and the site paired me with him. We looked at several different houses to find the correct one to accommodate what I was looking for on a first time buyers budget. Sent me lots of different options throughout the process and was very easy to work with. I had a tight work schedule that didn’t allow me to get off work much but he worked around that from the showings up until the closing. Tim also went above and beyond and would stay behind and let inspectors in after a showing when I had to leave because I had other things going on. He knew tons of people and helped connect me with lenders, inspectors, and anything in between. Was always pointing out things on houses that were going to need fixing which is great to know before buying and even things such as lower or higher tax rates based on where we were. Ended up getting me a great deal on the house I chose and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be buying and selling my future houses through him without a doubt.
