Summer did an outstanding job assisting up with the purchase of our home. She was diligent and very knowledgeable. My husband and I felt heard by Summer throughout our entire purchasing process. Summer made sure we had multiple properties to choose from. She made us feel comfortable from day one. Summer went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Tandra was great to work with. We looked at several houses and she helped in making sure she knew what we wanted and needed. We wanted a one level home and she always sent us what she could find at every opportunity. She gave us a lot to choose from. She helped us find our beautiful home in a great new development! She was with us every step of the way. We closed right before Christmas and got to spend the holidays in our new home. She still checks in us to make sure everything is going good. I would definitely recommend Tandra to help you find your next home!

Summer is very warm, professional and knowledgeable. She showed us a home and recommended several others that were amazing, but in the end we wound up buying new construction. I would not hesitate to work with or recommend summer to anyone in the New Brunswick/Wilmington area.

When we met Tandra on a random Saturday morning looking at homes for sale, we had no idea we would be putting a deposit down on a home 8 hours later! She is extremely knowledgable, helpful and did not persuade us in making a decision. She had several recommendations and found several other properties for us to look at the same day! We fell in love with a new build and if it wasn't for her, our communication with the builder would have been minimal. She acted as the middle man and made sure we got our answers in real time, as well as acted as our advocate, following up on things we didn't think to follow up on. She has been very responsive with us after our closing in making sure that our builders completed everything, as well as checking in with us. We could not have asked for a better experience with a better person! She is upbeat, friendly, kind and patient and we'd recommend her to anyone we know!
