I'm not sure where to start. My husband and I were looking for a home. We thought it was an impossible task. The agents we worked with didn't seem interested in helping us because we were only preapproved for $450,000. We felt unimportant when Real Estate prices were so high. It must have been fate that allowed us to meet Alysia. She did not take no for an answer and was determined to see us find a home. With her help, we felt special and were able to find a home for under $400,000, and now it's estimated to be $630,000. Did I mention we were able to get a fixed-rate mortgage? Awesome! Yuly went and continues to go above and beyond for us during our home buying process. As first time home buyers, she was able to provide us with all the information and guidance we needed to fully understand and complete this process with no delays. Yuly maintained communication with us during the entire time as we had to wait for our home to be built.
