I’m so shocked. She is so unprofessional. Over phone and in real life. She is not welcoming at all or nice. It’s your job to be nice to your clients. Who made her a real estate agent! My friend also went to her for a house tour and she had a similar experience.

As a builder I relied on Kathy to market this home, She showed it to buyers and work with them one on one, and negotiated the best deal for me. . I’m thrilled with her level of communication throughout the transaction Available always to answer any questions.. has good knowledge of the market.. very good negotiator...sold 2 units for me above asking... will use her for the next one

My family had an amazing experience working with Kathy! She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to help us with any questions we had and connected us with the right people to help us in the process of buying a house. The current housing market can be crazy she reassured us how the process would go and made it super easy to navigate. Her expertise in the housing market also helped us determine whether a house is worth putting an offer on, she would notice things that my family initially didn’t notice, such as potential water damage, information on the electric box, etc. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
