We really lucked out when we allowed Zillow, on a whim, to assign Josh as our agent. We were impressed by the listing and wanted to see it right away, as we were only in town for the day. By 4:00 PM, he had worked with the seller's agent and arranging a showing. We were able to see some comps within a couple of days and put in an offer within a week. Josh was amazingly helpful throughout the process. He really knows his stuff, was easy to work with and absolutely 100 responsive to our needs. I recommend him without any reservation and would use him again in the (unlikely) event we needed an agent in the future.
