Rhonda made this the easiest home sale process we have ever experienced. We have bought and sold several homes through the years and none have gone as smoothly as this one. Rhonda and her assistant guided us through the sale from start to finish. All questions we had were addressed quickly and professionally. Rhonda's experience and marketing expertise is obvious from the beautiful brochure and online presentation. Rhonda had pictures taken by a professional photographer to show our home as clearly as possible online and in print. We have all ready recommended her to all of our old neighbors and will definitely use her again if we move back into the area. We can not thank her enough.

Rhonda and her assistant Carol were an amazing team who made our home selling experience a positive one. They were responsive, caring and did their best to make our sale go smoothly during COVID. Rhonda listens very well to your concerns and questions, and her suggestions for staging our garden were especially astute and helped an already lovely area of the property to truly shine. With the COVID restriction on showing our home Rhonda sold our home in Scenic Brush Creek through a comprehensive marketing strategy that included all the high end touches in photography, advertising, staging advice (not the usual remove and replace everything) and professional interplay with prospective buyers. Our home had a limited market because, although 6,000+ square feet, it had only 3 bedrooms and was not well suited for either families with young children nor older people (because of the many steps). Through persistence, Rhonda threaded the niche market. Perhaps best of all, her post sale follow-up through escrow and beyond has been superb!
