Ken did an outstanding job for our family. I am the executor of my parents' estate. Following the passing of my parents, my sister still lived in the house and was resisting moving out. Ken worked with her and she is now in her own cute mobile home and loves it. Before we sold my parents' home, Ken was a major help in advising me in how to clear out the house for sale. It sold in a week, above asking price. I'd recommend him highly.

Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the entire home buying process. He answered all of our questions and was always readily available to help. He showed us many houses and ultimately found the perfect one for us. We will definitely use Ken services for any future real estate transactions!

Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and no nonsense! His broad network helped to sell Mom’s home quickly and effortlessly…. It never went on the MLS, and was also sold “as is,” which is what my elderly mom wanted. He didn’t push for cosmetic fixes or expensive staging prior to listing, which Mom didn’t want to do or invest in. Ken has many years of experience selling homes in the D section neighborhood of Rohnert Park, CA, and that also made us feel comfortable. He knew the floor plan well, from having sold many similar homes. Ken got to the house as needed for us, because we were out of town, and he even personally installed some additional fire detectors prior to inspections. Overall, he was great to work with!

Ken did an amazing job selling our home. He helped us understand why our home fell into the price point it did, walked us through the process and how to get ready to sell, and kept clear and constant communication throughout the process. Our case became unique when complications on our buyers' end arose and Ken stayed on top of everything, doing the work of three agents. He was the calm in our chaos. He pushed for the close of our buyers' home and got the sale of our home closed the very next day. Had I asked for more, Ken would still have exceeded our expectations!

We had such a great experience from start to finish! Even after moving out of state, Ken continued to keep our house ready to show--taking care of yard and hot tub maintenance!! And, if that wasn't enough, he found our next two realtors for us. We have purchased 2 different homes in different areas of Tennessee and have been extremely happy with Ken's finds!! Wholeheartedly recommended him!
