I wanted to provide a well overdue review for Jenn Carroll, AKA Best Realtor Ever! So here is a snapshot of why we are singing her praises, and our new anthem goes like this, “Amen to Jenn the Gem (times a googol gazillion)! What an absolute blessing to have found Jenn, who truly exceeds a 10. She goes above and beyond for her clients, & is exceptional in all aspects of the buyer process. Jenn is perceptive, witty, insightful, creative, wicked smart, and extremely knowledgeable! I absolutely knew from the start that we had a competent, compassionate, professional, and trusted REALator . Jenn provided valuable and exceptional advice at all stages of the process, and answered all of my multiple and repeated questions with compassion, reassurance, positivity and patience; without ever sounding annoyed or irritated (I’m sure this was a monumental task). Jenn is the best from start to finish, as she is there to support you in everything you need. She made the home buying experience less excruciatingly painful in a market where multi bids and cash offers flow, and less positioned people like myself often don’t grow. Jenn the Gem walks through the homes with you as if she was going to live there with her own family. She helps spot any issues or concerns that may go overlooked or are amiss. You will also receive the best customer service experience ever! I had no doubt at any point that Jenn was advising me on what she thought was in our very very best interest. My confidence was boosted each and every time after talking to her that I was indeed making the right decisions as a first time home buyer. Jenn was also extremely proactive and responsive. We had a million obstacles with our close dates as we needed extensions due to the seller’s timeliness and follow through with matters. Jenn made miracles happen, made sure we made it all happen, all through timely guidance which seemed supernatural at times. Jenn additionally worked seamlessly with our loan advisor, and her liaison skills with the seller’s agent were phenomenal!! Hands down, up, and all around the best realtor you could ask for and who you want representing you. Jenn worked her tail off for us over the past 2 years while searching for our perfect home as first time home buyers on a tight budget. She truly cares, and therefore she should be your only choice when it comes to a REALtor if you want your dreams to manifest into reality. I randomly found Jennifer via an online search. To say we are satisfied is a gross understatement. She was extraordinary in every single way: timely, clear and responsive communication and documentation and so much more. Ours was a long and complicated transaction, through no fault of hers, and she guided us expertly throughout the process, always remaining professional and positive.
