When I think about the whole process of buying my first home it's definitely very different from the majority of the people I know. And the detail is: my real estate agent was Ana Riffel. I came from Brazil in 2017, I had no family or friends in the area. When my husband and I started looking for a house (after a bad experience with a very sassy and pushy agent) we were not thinking about hiring an agent again. However, we met Ana and we quickly changed our minds. She was so patient to explain to us all the benefits and all the phases of the process. She never put pressure any kind. My English at that time was not enough to negotiate properly and everything looked so complicated and unattainable. My insecurity didn't let me deal with the people I had to deal. Having a Brazilian agent with huge skills in both languages and cultures made a lot of difference. I put all my trust in her. She provided us with advise and thorough efforts, she understood my needs, she was transparent and gave us a committed and excellent caring customer service. She had knowledge of the market and she brought us all the comparison and analysis, to guide us for the best. I love my neighborhood!!! Ana was available every time we needed her. Very professional, enthusiast, positive and fought for my rights till the end of the process. I want her always in our lives (I really got sad when we moved because I was not going to talk to her every day like during the process). Buying my home (after my marriage) was the largest decision of my life. And I truly believe that creating positive experience brings unforgettable memories. That's why I would highly recommend Ana to everyone everywhere.

We were first time buyers in Massachusetts and thanks to Ana we closed on a condo recently in Arlington MA. We were looking in very competitive towns around Cambridge and Ana was very patient with us throughout our buying process. Since the beginning she was very thorough in her approach. She never forced us to make any decisions, in fact in one instance we were all set to put an offer on one of the condos when she actually explained us how the minor problems we saw in the inspection can become major expenses in the future. This helped us think through all the factors and make the right decision. We highly recommend Ana as she strives to save her client's money.
