Annaliese is the VERY BEST realtor, she is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and her expertise ensured my purchase of my new home went smoothly She has patience and explained every aspect of the process - I highly recommend Annaliese, plus she has a wide network of excellent professionals to help with the transition. It has been a delight to work with Annaliese - in my estimation there is no one better.

I've worked with Annaliese since 2015 and have had multiple transactions, both buying and selling. Annaliese helped me find my dream home, and I wouldn't have gotten it without her. Unfortunately my home burned down in the 2020 Glass fire, but Annaliese stuck with me and used her expertise to help me sell the 2.6 acre lot. If I decide to buy again, I'm definitely using her! She has a ton of contacts, and she is always available and very flexible with her schedule. She stays on top of everything, and makes sure everyone is doing what they need to do. She is great dealing with difficult situations, sellers and other realtors. She is not only my realtor, but my coach, part-time therapist ;-), and friend. Annaliese made sure I stay even-keeled and that I didn't go crazy throughout the process. She is absolutely amazing, and can never thank her enough!

Annaliese is an incredible real estate agent and person. She is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and above all, trustworthy. When it comes down to it, trust is the most important thing to have when you are navigating the waters of purchasing a home. Annaliese will give you the information you want and need, and she makes it fun. We are now in our hopeful forever home because of her, but if we ever need anything else, she will be our first call.

Annaliese and Ajility are all absolute gems! My husband and I relocated back to Sonoma County after 3 years of living on the East Coast. Annaliese was very favorably referred to us by my brother and sister in law. After our initial meeting with her, we could see why, not only is she such a pleasant and friendly person, but she listens to you and works with you to find a beautiful home. We started this process about a year ago and she was very straightforward and real with us from day one, we really appreciated her patience while we juggled selling, moving across the country and then buying. She even helped to connect us to a realtor in MD to sell our previous property, which was such an amazing added touch! She was always so communicative throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease. Annaliese is not afraid of a challenge and helped us through 3-month building and construction delays with grace and ferocity. She goes above and beyond for her clients and still continues to help us even after our escrow closed. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough if you are interested in buying and/or selling a property, and should we ever have the desire to move again in the future, she will be our first call!!

just now I worked with Annaliese in the summer of 2020 to buy my home, and I was very pleased and impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and high touch service. Annaliese understands the local market and what it takes to make a great offer in today’s highly competitive market. Her guidance was invaluable. From making a strong offer, to handling each negotiation step along the way. Annaliese’s hard work and knowledge resulted in a positive and seamless experience. She kept me up to date at all stages, was easy to work with and closing was on schedule and went smoothly. She was very responsive to my calls and emails and I would recommend her to anyone. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would definitely use her again.
