My buyer's agent was Jesse Barkhurst who grew up around the area and volunteered a LOT of historical and other fact information. Through the process I never had a question about what was next. He was a genuine partner. His list of contacts is deep. The inspector he recommended was extremely thorough, saving me well over $10K in issue discovery (the house was built in 1946). In the months that followed he has periodically checked in on me and my wife, providing additional contacts when we have needed them. We are very, VERY grateful to Jesse and Linda Quinn & Anne Stewart Realty for helping us locate a home that fit our dreams and our budget!

Linda and Anne saw the quality and detail work that had been placed into reinvigorating this home. They understood the personal connection and methodically worked through the listing price, as this home was impossible to comp. Coming to a fair listing price was in itself an exercise that both were willing to not only undertake but have the patience to work through. In the end, their loyal, honest, fair approach paid off. Through the entire process, their professionalism never wavered and what they brought to the table with marketing ideas and items was impressive. Linda Quinn and Anne Stewart were extremely helpful and professional in regard to selling our home, and purchasing another. We never worried about what was happening with our sale because Linda kept us informed at all times. The team members were just as exceptional. In looking for a new home, a member of their team came with us on the weekend (twice) to make sure we understood the ins and outs of building a new home. Linda showed great respect for everyone involved, even offering to assist the buyer's agent when her husband broke his leg. Everyone in their office is helpful, kind, professional and fun to work with. I can't say enough good things about Linda, Anne and all the members of their team. We had four agents from different brokers complete a Comparative Market Analysis before we chose a broker to sell our house. Linda was the most professional and most helpful in preparing our home to sell. We received more for the home with Linda's direction and marketing efforts than any of the other agents were willing to list the home for. And we sold it, in what was a very tough market at that time, in 19 days! Her follow up since the sale to insure our needs were met and that we had no additional concerns have been tremendous.

I hired Linda and her crew to sell my 1887 Farmhouse in Tigard. My property was so unique that it was extremely difficult to comp, thus, just as difficult to price and sell. Linda went the extra mile to present the home as a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to own a little slice of heaven. Once we got an offer, she made sure everything went smoothly and continued through closing with little disruption to me. I think in this market, anyone can sell your home that is sitting in a subdivision and the same as the rest on the block. It takes a special skilled agent to sell the home that doesn't fit in the box. Linda has those skills.
