Avoid Doing Business with Jordan Matin & Matin Real Estate Our experience with Jordan Matin and his company has been nothing short of a nightmare. He does not honor his word, goes back on agreements, and is completely unreliable when it comes to following through on commitments. After signing a contract to purchase a home, we presented three reasonable options to resolve an issue—rather than working with us, he came up with a fourth option: telling us to sue him. Additionally, he requested that funds be wired directly to him instead of going through a proper escrow process, which is a major red flag. This raises serious concerns about potential misconduct and the security of buyers' earnest money. If you are considering working with Jordan Matin or his company, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are plenty of honest realtors and investment opportunities that don’t come with deception and frustration. Save yourself the stress and avoid doing business with him.

James was very helpful with helping me understand the home buying process . He held a buyers consultation meeting where he established my wants and needs in buying a home and continued with the home search based on the information I gave him . James also helped out getting me connected with one of his preferred lenders , who was also a pleasure to work with.

Vince helped us first-time home buyers through the process in a relatively pain-free manner. He was able to meet at off hours to accommodate our 7-5 workdays and was very responsive to requests. I'd recommend him to others looking to buy their first home.
