Erin and team are the dream team of real estate. When the tough got going they all buckled down and created and experience that can be described as "EASE"! One important thing to note is that my house was the third of three on my block to be listed for sale. As it turned out my house sold first and was the only one that sold for over asking price.

Working with Erin Rothrock and her assistant Emma Kemp was, as Chandler Bing would say, perfection. Erin spent a lot of time learning what we were looking for in a home, and understanding us as people, and the homes she lined up for us were amazing. She and Emma guided us every step of the way with sound advice, and once we decided to make an offer and begin the purchase proces, Erin was our champion. During the inspection contingency period she was our guide, and ensured that we got to closing with a minimum of fuss, but with every possible issue identified and addressed. I cannot recommend Erin (and Emma) highly enough, and will in fact be recommending them to as many of our friends as possible!
