Spring helped us buy our first home 14 years ago. At that time she took the time to understand our budget our needs and found us something surprising that was outside of our original search area that worked out to be extremely amazing. But in 2021 it was time for something new. Spring and Jami helped us purchase our new place and sell the old place. She continues to be wonderful about strategy and advising to get the best result for what we needed. She has done this a long time, knows the area, know the market and is an excellent negotiator. I highly recommend Spring and her team!

Spring is absolutely amazing. From the very first contact with her, we could tell she is not like any other realtor. We had a tight time frame to find a new home as we were in escrow on the the house we were selling. She assured us from the start that she would find us the perfect home for us. We didn’t think this would be an easy feat as we were moving out of state. She worked tirelessly until she found us exactly what we were looking for. Then she worked to get us in the new house at the same time that our escrow closed. Spring and Alysha kept us updated and guided us every step of the way. We highly recommend her. Five stars are not nearly enough to state our satisfaction. She is a true professional and expert at what she does. She has the most positive and reassuring demeanor. If you are trying to decide on a realtor, look no further, she is the one!

Spring did a fantastic job helping me buy a home in Tigard, OR. She is a native of the Portland area and really knows the neighborhoods. When we found the house we wanted, there was plenty of competition, but Spring helped us craft an offer that was accepted by the seller. I whole heartedly recommend her and her firm.
