Dalton made us feel like we were only priority.. She went beyond any realtor has ever done before to get us a home we so desparetly needed. She even drove several hundreds of miles to help us move. She moved our RV and we drove the uhaul and car to our new place. She even bought me a wind shield wiper since we had no extra money but just gas to get there. She worked with our 95 year old father to get his help as well. The only thing I can say is you will never get treated as great with anyone else's service anywhere else. Some how some way with a little time, she will do all she can to help you get a home even if it looks like you can't, She will help you get the yes answer you deserve. She is the best. Ariel went above and beyond, always quick to respond no matter what the time of day. She really listened when we had any questions or concerns about the sale of our house, and provided input as to the best course of action. When offers were received, she would provide an honest opinion of the offer, not try to push us for a quick sale. When it came to looking at houses/properties to purchase, she was nearly always available, and when not, she arranged to have another agent show the houses in order to coordinate with our schedule. She came prepared with tools like a circuit tester and flashlight. When it came to making offers, she provided input as to what she felt a fair offer would be, but didn't question our decision if we went a little lower. Ariel was very quick to provide paperwork that needed to be signed to proceed with the process, on both the sale and the purchase. Once in escrow on both houses, she kept us informed as to the progress on a regular basis. We would definitely recommend Ariel to others, for both the sale of their current home and purchase of a new home.
