I was referred to Bill by a friend I trust and I am so happy we worked with him! Finding a home in Melrose can be a challenge, and Bill has a deep knowledge of our area and accurately assessed what a home was worth and how much we should offer. He was happy to show me any house I requested, and helped me clarify what I was looking for and the things I did not want to compromise on, which for me was not only about the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but also things like how much light the home gets and the specific home style. He is also fun to work with and takes the stress out of the situation. I cannot recommend Bill strongly enough, he got us into the condo that is EXACTLY what we were looking for, and I have referred him to every friend I have who is looking for a home Melrose and the wider area.

Bill and his team helped us buy and sell. Buying and selling at the same time can be quite stressful; however, Bill kept us at ease throughout the entire process. He would often check-in and was always available to answer any of our questions. He provided expert advice on all things related to buying and selling, and I consistently left our conversations feeling both informed and empowered. Bill's care and commitment to his clients is unparalleled, and I'm just so thankful we found him and his team.

I can't say enough about our experience with Bill. We were on the hunt for a new house for 7 months. We looked at a LOT of houses in that span of time. Bill and his team were terrific about making sure we got the new listings every week. Bill was very flexible and always able to make arrangements for us to tour homes in a timely fashion. Once we found the house we wanted, and our offer was accepted, we were kept informed throughout the entire closing process. We never had to reach out with questions because Bill and his team kept us updated every step of the way. Bill is a genuine, honest person who clearly loves his job. He made sure we found the perfect home for our family and we are thrilled!
